Female Empowerment

Female Empowerment is a topic that is very close to my heart.I love to see women dare to be bold and different.I love to see women go against the concervative and indoctrinated society for the betterment of their lives.I live for the day each and every female especially in Africa,will realize that they have the potential to achieve anything they dream about.

In Africa, the girlchild goes through various challenges that limit her growth into being the woman of substance she is meant to be.There are the many norms and traditions that tend to tie her down and if not well mentored,she can end up getting forever crippled by the deep rooted culture that reigns in our continent.

It's not a wonder when we hear of cases about many young girls who have been subjected to early marriages and female genital mutilation just to mention a few.It's because these girls lack voices to speak for them.They have no access to education and therefore it becomes quite difficult for them to express what they feel correctly.

I think about these girls alot

Why don't we all join hands and look for solutions.Can't we go out there and listen to their stories and look for ways to help them? My thoughts everyday.It is possible and it is achievable if we only be a little bit empathetic.

Let's make the world a better place for these girls!! Shall we?
